Kitchen Design Service ... Surrey and Sussex

We offer two services:

1. Kitchen Design @ £147 inc VAT 
2. Kitchen Project Management @ £347 inc VAT

We ask for no payment in advance, we invoice upon completion of your independent kitchen design, and delivery of your Kitchen Design Pack.

 

So, what do you get for your money?

1. Kitchen Design

• • Home Visit - to take accurate measurements, discuss kitchen cabinet styles/ appliances/ worktops, and to chat about your own personal requirements. (This will give us a good brief into your requirements, and will take about an hour)

• • Kitchen Design - We will produce a kitchen design that reflects your requirements without the constraint of trying to sell you any products
•  
• • Kitchen Design Pack - Upon completion of the design you will receive an pack containing your new kitchen design (Detailed dimensioned plan, elevation views, 3D colour perspectives, worktop drawing, and a kitchen cabinet listing)
•  
• • Your kitchen design cost includes one design "tweak" if required (We send you a provisional design for your evaluation first)

Any further design changes will be charged at the rate of £27 per hour

2. Kitchen Project Management

Please note, Our Kitchen Project Management service is only available when you choose from a selection of suppliers and tradesmen from our recommended list.

• • Creation of a schedule of works
•  
• • Placing of orders with each of your suppliers
•  
• • Booking of all delivery, templating, and installation dates
•  
• • Reminders indicating when supplier stage payments are due
•  
• • Initial on-site (pre-order) survey meeting with Installer to check for, and overcome, any potential kitchen installation problems
•  
• • Initial on-site (pre-order) survey meeting with Cabinet Supplier to check for completeness of potential order
•  
• • On-site meeting with any specialist worktop supplier during Templating to approve joint positions, edge profiles, sink and hob positions etc
•  
• • At least one on-site visit during installation to check upon progress

 

After spending over 25 years planning, designing, and installing fitted kitchens in Surrey, Sussex, and South West London we have had the pleasure in working with some of the finest Kitchen Suppliers, Granite & Quartz worktop fabricators, and professional Kitchen Fitters in the South East.

We can make introductions to these contacts if you wish to obtain quotations for their services - dealing directly with Kitchen Manufactures, Worktop Fabricators, and Kitchen Fitters will provide significant cost savings (£3-£5,000 on a medium size room) as you are not paying the retailers mark up (generally around 40%).
