Kitchen Gas Regulations

For a number of years now work involving any aspect of installing gas appliances, or work that affects the current gas installation, can only be completed by a registered "Gas Safe" fitter.

This also applies to changes in ventilation to a kitchen with any current gas appliance - ie when venting out a cooker hood.

The new "Gas Safety Register" replaces the old C.O.R.G.I. system

It is worth checking out the Gas Safe regulations ... before fitting your kitchen.
